Howlin Country 2025 is a one day country music festival held on the Newcastle Foreshore on the 15th February.

2 pm to 10 pm 

Venue: Newcastle Foreshore 

Site fees: 22% Commission on Gross Sales 

$550.00 is the minimum fee required to trade on-site. Your final site fees owing will be based on either the initial fee or 22%, whichever is greater, based on your daily sales. At no point do organisers take two fees.  

Admin FEE $330 INC GST  

Power fees

1x 15amp $308 INC GST

1x 32amp 3 phase $660 INC GST


Before applying please ensure you have:

- A current Public liability certificate up to the value of 20 Million. 

- A current registration within New South Wales 

- An updated menu on your application with Prices.
