The Enlighten Festival 2026 will take over the city of Canberra with a program packed with diverse and exciting events and entertainment. With many events to enjoy, see Enlighten Festival bring Canberra to life with culture and creativity this autumn. 27th February to 9th March 2026.

SITE FEES

The following table is a breakdown of all fees required to trade on-site as a vendor during the Enlighten festival Canberra 2026. The following fees are GST exclusive.

Operational Fee	Applies to all	$650.00	The operational fee will ensure the waste your site creates in the general admission and BOH area can be managed and your area has access to potable water, toilets, gray water disposable, and a wash station.
Site Fee	Large Site (12m x 6m)	$1500.00 or 22%	$1,500 is the minimum fee required to trade on site. Your final site fees owing will be based on either the initial fee or 22%, whichever is greater based on your daily sales. At no point do organisers take two fees. Your site fee includes eight (8) vendor working passes.

Any infrastructure that you wish to hire and have installed by our events team will be at your own cost. Please let us know what you require and we will quote for you.

This will be a Square POS-only event. We can rent one at $250 per terminal if you do not own a Square POS. All Square POS will be logged on to the Motti Smith account. Vendor is responsible for all square fees incurred.
