SITE FEES

The following table is a breakdown of all fees required to trade on-site as a vendor during the Lost Paradise 2025 tour. The following fees are GST exclusive.

The operational fee will ensure the waste your site creates in the general admission and BOH area can be managed and your area has access to potable water, toilets, gray water disposable, wash station and Oil Disposal 

Site Fee 

Food Site 

$1800.00 or 22%

$1,800 is the minimum fee required to trade on site. Your final site fees owing will be based on either the initial fee or 22%, whichever is greater based on your daily sales. At no point do organisers take two fees. Your site fee includes eight (8) vendor working passes.

Any infrastructure that you wish to hire and have installed by our events team will be at your own cost. Please let us know what you require and we will quote for you.


You will be required to operate on The Motti and Smith Square login. If you do not have square equipment you will be able to rent it off us for the duration of the event at a cost to you. Your business will be covering the square processing fees.


Market stall fees - $500 site fee or 15% of revenue (whichever one is greater), above power costs and a $250 operational fee
