Food Vendors Fees (EX GST):

    22% commission on total gross sales

    $550 Operational Fee

    $400 Bond (Refundable post-event). Only payable once your application has been approved.

    $950 Site Fee (Deducted from Commission if commission is greater than site fee)

Market Stall Fees (EX GST)

    15% commission on total gross sales

    $300 Operational Fee

    $400 Bond (Refundable post-event) - Only payable once your application has been approved.

    $500 Site Fee (Deducted from Commission if commission is greater than site fee)

Power Fees (EX GST); (Only applicable if ordering power)

    15AMP Outlet: $280

    32 3 Phase Outlet: $650 


All vendors must use Square as their Point of Sales system. 

Bump in will be the two days prior to event day and no bump in on show day is permitted. 

Motti and Smith will send an invoice to successful applicants through Xero. Motti & Smith will never request payment without an invoice.
