SITE FEES
The following table is a breakdown of all fees required to trade on site as a vendor during the Spilt Milk 2023 tour. The following fees are GST exclusive.

Bond | Applies to all | $400.00 | Refunded within 14 days of the event and will be dependent on the outcome of your post-event site inspection. |
Operational Fee | Applies to all | $450.00 | The operational fee will cover costs associated with the operation of the site relating to Food Trucks |
Site Fee | Large Site (12m x 6m) | $1800.00 or 22% | $1,800 is the minimum fee required to trade on site. Your final site fees owing will be based on either the initial fee or 22%, whichever is greater based on your daily sales. At no point do organisers take two fees. Your site fee includes eight (8) vendor working passes. |
Site Fee | Medium Site (5m x 5m) | $1500.00 or 22% | $1,500 is the minimum fee required to trade on site. Your final site fees owing will be based on either the initial fee or 22%, whichever is greater based on your daily sales. At no point do organisers take two fees. Your site fee includes six (6) vendor working passes. |
Site Fee | Small Site (3m x 3m) | $900.00 or 22% | $900 is the minimum fee required to trade on site. Your final site fees owing will be based on either the initial fee or 22%, whichever is greater based on your daily sales. At no point do organisers take two fees. Your site fee includes four (4) vendor working passes. |
INFRASTRUCTURE
Any infrastructure that you wish to hire and have installed by our events team will be at your own cost. Please let us know if you require marquees, flooring, coolrooms, etc.
Internet fees will be confirmed once the vendor list is completed and quotes have been made. This will be split evenly between the vendors that require it
