The official closing event of SWP celebrating OUR FUTURE together. A concert profiling the hottest queer contemporary music acts hand-picked by our boldest young curators alongside powerful calls to action and an official handover to the next city host of WorldPride.

The following table is a breakdown of all fees required to trade on-site as a vendor during WorldPride 2023.

This fee will ensure the waste your site creates in the general admission area can be managed and your area has access to potable water. Gas Inspections. 

Site Fee 

Large Site (12m x 6m)

$1,000.00 or 22%

$1,800 is the minimum fee required to trade on site. Your final site fees owing will be based on either the initial fee or 22%, whichever is greater based on your daily sales. At no point do organisers take two fees. Your site fee includes eight (8) vendor working passes.

Medium Site 

(5m x 5m)

$1,000.00 or 22%

$1,800 is the minimum fee required to trade on site. Your final site fees owing will be based on either the initial fee or 22%, whichever is greater based on your daily sales. At no point do organisers take two fees. Your site fee includes six (6) vendor working passes.

Small Site 

(3m x 3m)

$1,000.00 or 22%

$900 is the minimum fee required to trade on site. Your final site fees owing will be based on either the initial fee or 22%, whichever is greater based on your daily sales. At no point do organisers take two fees. Your site fee includes four (4) vendor working passes.
