Live & Proud: Opening Concert (Domain)

Venue: The Domain, Phillip Precinct 

Timing (approx.): 3 pm doors & pre-show 

7pm – 9pm broadcast & show 

9 pm – 11 pm DJs 

Capacity: 20,000  

 

Under the stars at The Domain, our finest LGBTQIA+ performers welcome the world to Sydney WorldPride 2023. A seated event with 5,000 reserved seats at the front and a GA picnic-style area behind. This event will be broadcast live via ABC. 


SITE FEES

The following table is a breakdown of all fees required to trade on-site as a vendor during WorldPride 2023.

This fee will ensure the waste your site creates in the general admission area can be managed and your area has access to potable water.

Site Fee 

Large Site (12m x 6m)

$1800.00 or 22%

$1,800 is the minimum fee required to trade on site. Your final site fees owing will be based on either the initial fee or 22%, whichever is greater based on your daily sales. At no point do organisers take two fees. Your site fee includes eight (8) vendor working passes.

Site Fee 

Medium Site 

(5m x 5m)

$1800.00 or 22%

$1,800 is the minimum fee required to trade on site. Your final site fees owing will be based on either the initial fee or 22%, whichever is greater based on your daily sales. At no point do organisers take two fees. Your site fee includes six (6) vendor working passes.

$900.00 or 22%

$900 is the minimum fee required to trade on site. Your final site fees owing will be based on either the initial fee or 22%, whichever is greater based on your daily sales. At no point do organisers take two fees. Your site fee includes four (4) vendor working passes.
